Programs:  Information Technology (IT) and  Electronics Communication Engineering (ECE) and Lateral entry to 3rd Semester Eligibility:  Candidates who has passed / appeared / appearing in the 10+2 Examination or its equivalent in Science Stream from any recognized Board having secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates). Admission Process:  Candidates must have valid All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) Score. How to Apply:  Prescribed application forms with prospectus can be obtained in person from the Administrative Building, Permanent Campus, Shillong or from the office of the Pro-Vice Chancellor, NEHU, Tura Campus on payment of Rs.600/- for general category and Rs.300/- for SC/ST category through University Challan / Banker’s Cheque / Bank Draft in favour of "North Eastern Hill University", Request for admission form by post should be addressed to the Section Officer (Academic), NEHU, Shillong, Permanent Campus, Shillong – 793022. The admission form may be downloaded from NEHU Website www.nehu.ac.in and filled-in application form along with the DD of the same amount can be sent to the respective Head of Departments, NEHU, Permanent Campus, Mawkynroh-Umshing, Shillong-793022 or NEHU, Tura Campus, Chandmari, Tura – 794002.
