Teaching Posts:  1. Engineering: Qualification:  First Class in B.E. / B.Tech. And M.E. /M.Tech with Ph.D. as desirable qualification in the relevant discipline 2. Science/English: Qualification:  First class in M.Sc. / M.A. with Ph.D. as desirable qualification in the relevant discipline Non-teaching posts: 3. Office Superintendent: Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience in office management. Knowledge of Computer/word Processor is essential. Knowledge of computer-based accounting system is essential. Master’s degree will count as 2 years of experience 4. Junior assistant (Hostel): Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing 5. Stenographer (Personal Assistant to Director): Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree with minimum speed in short hand 80 w.p.m. and minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m. Proficiency in Computer/word processing with advanced skills is essential How to apply:  Interested candidates may appear for the interview along with all relevant certificates in original on above mentioned dates at 10.00 am at  NIT Puducherry  Arignar Anna Government Arts College Campus,  Karaikal - 605 609 and An advance copy of the application (in the prescribed format, available at our website:www.nitpy.co.in) may be mailed to recruit.nitpy@gmail.com with the subject line “TEMPORARY FACULTY (DISCIPLINE)”.  Also, a hard copy of the same is to be submitted by speed post to the following address on or before 18-06-2012.
