Courses / Eligibility:  Under Graduate: 3 Years BA (Both English and Telugu Medium): Intermediate / PUC or pass in the entrance examination conducted by this school. B.Com. (Both English and Telugu Medium): Intermediate / PUC or pass in the entrance examination conducted by this school. B.Sc. (English Medium only): (with the combination of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Computers and Economics): Intermediate / PUC or equivalent with Physical Science and Mathematics. Post Graduate: 2 Years (English Medium Only)  MA English: BA / B.Com. / BA (O.L) / BFA / BAL / Any Professional Degree  MA Hindi: BA / B.Com. / B.Sc. with Hindi as one of the subjects of study MA Telugu: BA / B.Com. / B.Sc. / BA (Special) or B.Sc. (Home Science) with Telugu as one of the subjects of the study. MA Economics: BA with Economics as one of the subjects. MA History: BA / BA (O.L) with History / BAL as one of the subjects. MA Political Science: Any Bachelor’s Degree MA Public Administration: Any Bachelor’s Degree MA Sociology: Any Bachelor’s Degree MA Philosophy: Any Bachelor’s Degree MA / M.Sc. Mathematics: BA / B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the subjects of study MA Psychology (Limited Seats): Any graduate M.Com: Any graduate other than BFA and (BA (OL) M.Sc., (Botany, Zoology, Organic Chemistry): B.Sc. with relevant subjects. M.H.R.M: Any Graduate M.J.M.C: Any Graduate LLM: (BL or equivalent thereto) Certificate: Six Months Office Automation and Accounting: Intermediate / pass in BA / B.Com Entrance Examination conducted by this school or any other university. Multimedia Technologies: Intermediate / pass in BA / B.Com Entrance Examination conducted by this school or any other university. Internet Technologies: Intermediate / pass in BA / B.Com Entrance Examination conducted by this school or any other university. Diploma: Diploma in Music: (Two Years): Must have completed 15 years of age by 01-07-2012 Diploma in Consumer Education: (Six Months): Intermediate + 2 passed. PG Diploma: 1 Year (English Medium only)  PG Diploma in Co-operation and Rural Studies, Computer Programming and Applications, Environmental Studies, Functional English, Management of Voluntary Organizations, Travel and Tourism Management, Consumer Education, Public Interest, Digital Governance: Any Bachelor’s degree other than BFA and BA (O.L)  Translation:  Any degree with Telugu as mother tongue or any degree with Telugu as a subject of study. Additional Methodology Subjects in B.Ed. / MA Education:  The candidates of B.Ed. / MA Education intending to do additional method subjects in English, Telugu, Physical Science, Mathematics, Biological Science and Social studies are advised to be present at the SDE, AU, Visakhapatnam at 10:00 am on 21st and 22nd September, 2012 along with DD for Rs. 5,000/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, Andhra University payable at Visakhapatnam, one set of Xerox copies of all certificates together with originals.  Note:  Separate notification will be issued for MBA and MCA Courses Spot Admissions:  Applicants for admission will also be accepted at various Spot Receipt centers on the given dates noted against each mentioned in the university website.  Application Fees:  • All courses (including MA / M.Sc., Maths): By Hand: Rs. 40/-, By Post Rs. 80/- • M.J.M.C: By Hand: Rs.100/-, By Post: Rs. 150/- • M.Sc., (Botany, Zoology, Organic Chemistry) M.H.R.M., LLM: Rs. 250/-, Rs. 300/- Important Dates:  Last Date for Submission of Application Forms without late fees: 18/10/2012 With late fees of Rs. 200/-: 30/11/2012 For more details Click here
