Total No. of Seats:  46 in each and there will be reservation for the SC / ST / PC / OBC candidates Eligibility: Admission to the MBA and MBA-IB Programs shall be made through CAT. Eligibility criteria defined under CAT shall be deemed as applicable provided candidates belong to categories other than SC / ST has secured a minimum 50% marks at the qualifying examination. For SC/ST candidates, at least 45% marks are required. (a) A graduate degree under 10+2+3 pattern OR (b) A degree in Agriculture, Technology, Medicine, Education or Law OR (c) A Post graduate degree in any discipline Selection Process:  Selection of the candidate is done on the basis of combined merit acquired by a candidate in CAT conducted by IIM (50%), academic records (20%) and GD and PI (30%). Note:  In case the candidate is appearing in the qualifying examination, the percentage score of two years / three years as the case may be, (ignoring/excluding the final year score) shall be taken for calculating the candidate’s academic records in the qualifying examination. How to Apply: The application forms can be obtained in Person From the Counter at FMS Office, BHU: Against State Bank of India Bank Draft /Bankers cheque of the value of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 650/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of  The Registrar, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, payable at SBI BHU Main Branch on all working days between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. from 06th August 2012 to 26th November 2012. Application form can also be obtained by post on sending a request to “the Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221005” along-with crossed State Bank of India Bank Draft of Rs. 1050/- (Rs. 700/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of  The Registrar, Banaras Hindu University payable at SBI, BHU Main Branch along with self addressed envelope super scribed APPLICATION FORM FOR MBA and MBA IB.  The last date for receipt of requisition for sending the application form by post is 5th November 2012. Candidates may also download application form from the BHU website: www.bhu.ac.in/fms and submit the duly filled in application along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 650/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of  The Registrar,  Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi,  payable at SBI BHU Main Branch on or before 27 November 2012.
