1. Economic Officer: 04posts Qualification:  Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics from a recognized University/Institute. 2. Junior Interpreter Persian Language: 01post Qualification:  A Master’s degree in the Persian language with English as a compulsory/Elective subject at degree level from a recognized university or equivalent.  OR  B) i. A degree in the Persian language with English as a compulsory/Elective subject from a recognized university or equivalent and  ii. Two years’ experience as a Translator/Interpreter in the Persian language to English/Hindi and vice-versa or in teaching the Persian language  OR  C) i. Bachelor’s degree with English as a compulsory/Elective subject from a recognized university or equivalent and  ii. A diploma equivalent to Interpreter-ship standard in the Persian language from a recognized university or equivalent and  iii. Three years’ experience as a Translator/Interpreter in the Persian language to English/Hindi and vice-versa or in teaching the Persian language. 3. Junior Interpreter Spanish Language: 01post Qualification:  A Master’s degree in the Spanish language with English as a compulsory/Elective subject at degree level from a recognized university or equivalent.  OR B) i. A degree in the Spanish language with English as a compulsory/Elective subject from a recognized university or equivalent and  ii. Two years’ experience as a Translator/Interpreter in the Spanish language to English/Hindi and vice-versa or in teaching the Spanish language  OR  C) i. Bachelor’s degree with English as a compulsory/Elective subject from a recognized university or equivalent and  ii. A diploma equivalent to Interpreter-ship standard in the Spanish language from a recognized university or equivalent and  iii. Three years’ experience as a Translator/Interpreter in the Spanish language to English/Hindi and vice-versa or in teaching the Spanish language. 4. Assistant Engineer Wireless Redesignated as Assistant Engineer Communication: 05posts Qualification:  Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with Radio Communication as a special subject OR Degree in Telecommunication Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent How to apply:  Candidates must apply online through the websitehttp://www.upsconline.nic.in.
