Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer): 82posts Qualification:  Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination or Intermediate OR equivalent examination from a Recognized Board of Education or University. OR Matriculation with three years Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Modern Office Practice or Commercial Practice from a recognized Board of Technical Education 2. Head Constable (Ministerial): 304 posts Qualification:  Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination or Intermediate OR equivalent examination from a Recognized Board of Education or University. OR Matriculation with three years Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Modern Office Practice or Commercial Practice from a recognized Board of Technical Education Fee: Bank Draft/Postal Order for Rs.50/- Physical Standard: • For Male:  i) Height: 165cms  ii) Chest: Unexpanded- 77 CMs; Expanded -82 CMs  iii) Weight: Corresponding to Height • For Female:  i) Height: 157cms  ii) Chest: Not applicable.  iii) Weight: Corresponding to Height Selection Procedure: First Phase: Written Examination Second Phase: i) Physical Measurement (PST) ii) Short Hand Test (Only for ASI/Steno) iii) Typing Speed Test (Only for HC/Min) iv) Documentation v) Medical Examination How to apply:  The complete application in the prescribe format along with all relevant document should reach the address as mention in the notification Important dates: • Last Date for Receipt of Application: within 30 days • Last Date for Receipt of Application for Far Flung Areas: within 45 days For more details Click here
