Consultant (Voluntary Blood donation) 
(Rs. 23,000 – 30,000) (Consolidated)


Eligibility


  1. Recognized P.G. Degree in Social Science/Sociology/Social Work. 
  2. At least 5 years experience in organizing voluntary blood donation in VBD          organization. 
  3. Should be a regular blood donor. 
 4. Knowledge of donor motivation, donor recruitment and donor retention. 
 5. Knowledge of local language 








Assistant Director 1
(Documentation & Publicity) 
(Rs. 17,000 – 23,000) (Consolidated)


 Essential: 
1. Bachelor’s Degree and P.G. diploma in Mass Communication/Public Relations  from a recognized University/Institute.  
2. Min. 5 yrs. Experience in the field of developmental/health communication including planning and implementation of IEC campaigns and in developing social mobilization 
campaigns.  


Desirable: Preference would be given to candidates with experience in documentation of data on communication activities and with practical  experience of handling work relating to developmental, communication in health or related sectors, preparation of Audio Visual Aids and display material in a responsible position, ability to develop nation-wide IEC packages/ strategy & liaise with Government & Private sectors; and
i) Knowledge of AV media & proficiency in handling audio-visual aids for training purpose. 
ii) Knowledge of modern training techniques. 
iii) Working knowledge of local language

District ICTC Supervisors 2
(Rs.13,000/- consolidated per month incl. Rs.2,500/- or POL & Rs.500/- for communication exp.) 


Essential: 
1. Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development from a  recognized University. 
2.  3 years work experience as Counselor in an ICTC/PPTCT centre run under the National  AIDS Control Programme 
3. Working knowledge of computers 
4. Valid Driving License 


Desirable: Post Graduate degree in Psychology (MA/MSc or Social Work (MSW) from a recognized University.



Counselor 2
(Rs.8,000 – 12,000) (Consolidated)


 1. Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development. 
 2. Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of Experience in the field of HIV/AIDS. 
 3. In case of community of people infected with or affected with HIV/ AIDS, graduates from    
any field or those with a diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have a minimum of one year of experience in the field of  HIV/AIDS. 
 4. Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology (MA/ MSc.) or Social Work. 



Laboratory Technician 2
(Rs.8,000-12,000) 
(Consolidated) 


Technical person performing tests in medical laboratories should have any one of the following 
qualification: 
1. Graduate in Medical Laboratory 
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with the course of at least 2 years duration 
3. Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology with the course of at least one year duration and two years of experience in a medical laboratory 
4. Graduate in Science with one year experience in a medical laboratory



Computer Literate Steno. 1
(Rs. 11,500 – 17,500) (Consolidated) 


1. Graduate with computer literacy.  
2. Skill in stenography 80/30 w.p.m.



Office Assistant 1
Rs.10,000/- (Consolidated) 


1.  12th  pass from a recognized Institute  or Board. 
2.  Should be Computer Literate and  have working Knowledge of Accounts. 
3. Should have knowledge of local language.



Junior Accountant 1
Rs.10,000/-(Consolidated) 


1. Graduate preferably Finance & Accounts/ B. Com  
2. Experience: 3 – 5 years post qualification  experience or experience in the state accounts cadre/organized accounts in Govt. of India. 
3. Should be computer literate.



Data Entry Operator 1
Rs.8,500/- (Consolidated) 


Essential : 
1. Should be a graduate (preferably from Commerce/ accounts background). 
2.Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institute or ‘O’ level course from  DOEACC. 
3.He/ She should be trained by NACO in monitoring & evaluation of the programme aimed to build the capacity of the  person in recording data, preparing and sending reports and maintaining records properly 
4.Knowledge of Konkani 
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi



Attendant for Blood Collection 1
Rs.4,500/- (Consolidated) 
  
1. Minimum  qualification: Eighth standard pass 
2. Should have working knowledge of local language. 



Attendant for Laboratory 4
Rs.3,500/-(Consolidated)  
1. Minimum  qualification: Eighth standard pass 
2. Should have working knowledge of local language.



Driver (Heavy vehicle) 1
Rs.8,500/- (Consolidated) 


1. Minimum qualification: Eighth Standard pass. 
2. Should possess a valid  Heavy  Vehicle Driving License. 
3. Should have working knowledge of local language. 
4. Should possess minimum experience of driving Volvo Bus for 5 years & knowledge of motor  
mechanism.



Pediatrics Referral Worker 1
Rs.4,000/- (Consolidated) 


1. Minimum qualification should be 10+ years of schooling 
2. Should have working knowledge of local language. 
3. Suitable PLHA will  be preferred over equally qualified candidate for section 
4. Preference will be given to PLHA who is having a  child
