Institute of Plasma Research (IPR) Gandhinagar invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into Ph.D. (JRF) Program in the broad areas of theoretical and experimental plasma physics for the Academic Year 2012.

Eligibility:
M.Sc. in one of the following subjects: Physics, Engineering Physics or Applied Physics with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
Candidates expecting a Master's degree in any one of the above subjects by August 31st 2012 can also apply.
Age Limit: Not more than 26 years as on 1st August 2012 (born on or after 01/08/1986).
Selection Process:
Selection will be done on the basis of short-listed candidates’ performance in the written test, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the Institute.

Candidates may apply by filling up the form online only (refer http://www.ipr.res.in for details).

Last Date for Submission of Online Application Forms: 16/04/2012 up to 5:00 pm
