Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad invites applications from the eligible candidates for admission into M. Phil Program for the Academic Year 2012 – 2013. Interested candidates can refer this post for more details and apply. Last date for application is 30-04-2012.


Areas of specialization:

• Cultural Studies
• Economics
• English
• Psychology
• Sociology
• Social Anthropology

Eligibility:

• 55% in M.A./ M.Com or 60% in M.Sc. / M.Tech / MBA (or equivalent CGPA) with adequate background in Humanities and Social Sciences.
• Shortlisted candidates must clear a written test conducted by the Department of Liberal Arts.

Selection Process: 
Selection of the candidate is done on the basis of written test.



How to Apply: The application form should be sent to the Professor in-Charge, Liberal Arts, along with a bank challan of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PD candidates) drawn in favour of ‘Registrar, IIT Hyderabad’ payable at Hyderabad. 

The filled-in application form through email attachment and as hard copy must be submitted to the Professor in-Charge along with the scanned copy of the challan.
