Centre for English Language and Communication Skills (CELCS) and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam invites applications from the eligible candidates for Post Graduate Certificate in English Communication (PGCEC) course for the Academic year 2012.

Eligibility: 

Graduates (any discipline) from any recognized Indian or foreign university are eligible to apply. 
Rank list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in English at the +2 level or equivalent examination.


Duration: Eight Weeks 




Intake: 20


Course Fees: Rs.4,000.00. (SC / ST Rs.2,000.00) 




How to Apply: 

• Application forms may be had either from CELCS's office at Gandhi Bhavan, Mahatma Gandhi University campus on payment of Rs.100/-per form or may be downloaded from the University website www.mgu.ac.in
