Application Fee: 

Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) for General Candidates and Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) for SC/ST candidates by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1. Reservation– as per Rules Female applicants are exempted from Application Fee

How to apply: 

Interested candidates may appear for interview/written test as per details given above in Chamber of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Ashramam, Kollam undersigned alongwith application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents including caste certificate, one set of Xerox copies of all original documents and the requisite application fee
