Specializations: Software Defined Radio RF and Mixed Signal Electronics Nanoelectronic Design Embedded Systems Computer Architecture Wireless Communication Wireless Networks Eligibility:  For candidates applying for Ph.D. (CEE), GATE / GRE scores are optional. Specific eligibility criteria are given below. BTech /  BE /  M.Tech /  MS /  ME in ECE /  EE /  CSE /  IT and allied areas CGPA at least 7.5 on a scale of 10 (or equivalent) in IITs / NITs. If your institute does not provide CGPA in the transcript, then at least 70% marks or distinction is required to be eligible. M.Sc.(ECE / EE / CSE / IT and allied areas) degree is considered equivalent to the BTech / BE degree. How to Apply:  Application forms are filled Online only. Online application forms are available at website: http://sites.iiitd.ac.in/forms/admission/phd.php Send a DD of non-refundable Rs 350/- towards application processing fee in favour of IIIT-Delhi payable in New Delhi to the following address: PhD Admission Committee IIIT-Delhi, 3rd Floor, Library building, NSIT Campus, Azad Hind Fauj Marg, Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078 The draft should reach IIIT-Delhi latest by May 28, 5:00P.M The candidates will be screened based on the information provided in the online application form.
