Selection Process: Selection will be made through counseling, to be conducted by the University’s admission committee. How to Apply: Interested candidates can download the application form from the University's official website: http://bfuhs.ac.in/MPT12/MPT%20App.pdf   The application fee is Rs 3000/- which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Registrar, BFUHS, payable at Faridkot. Duly filled in application form along with all requisite documents and DD should be sent to the office of Principal, University College of Physiotherapy, GGS Hospital Complex, Faridkot , latest by September 4, 2012.
