- Application forms may be obtained from Centre for Computer Studies, Dibrugarh University on payment of Rs. 350/-.
- Application forms can also be downloaded from the website www.ccsdu.org
- Downloaded forms should be accompanied by a DD of Rs.350/- in favour of Registrar, Dibrugarh University, payable at SBI, Dibrugarh University Branch (code 2051).
- Filled in application forms should reach to Director i/c, Centre for Computer Studies, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh on or before 21.08.2012
