1. Registrar: 01post
Qualification: (1) A master’s degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale, and (2) At least 15 years of experience as lecturer (Sr. Scale) or equivalent / Lecturer or equivalent with eight years in Reader’s grade or equivalent with experience in educational administration. OR At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 and above or with 8 years’ of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post OR Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education 2. Deputy Registrar: 01post Qualification: (1) A master’s degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale, and (2) Five years of experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above in a College or a University with experience in educational administration OR Five years of experience as Lecturer or equivalent in a College or a University with experience in educational administration OR Five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education 3. Assistant Registrar: 01post Qualification: Good academic record and a master’s degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale in any discipline from a recognized University 4. University Auditor: 01post Qualification: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience of accounts work in a senior supervisory position in a Statutory University/ Govt. or semi-govt. department / large-size corporate organization OR M.Com. with accountancy as a special subject with 55% marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale and with at least 10 years’ experience of accounts work in a senior supervisory position in Statutory University / Govt. or semi-govt. department / large-size corporate organization OR B.Com with 55% or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale and at least 20 years’ experience of Accounts / Audit work in senior supervisory position i.e. in a post carrying a scale of pay Rs.9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/- in a statutory University/Govt./ Semi Govt. Department/ Corporate of large size 5. System Manager: 01post Qualification: (1) M. Tech./M.E. with 55% or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent. OR Master in Computer Applications (MCA) with 55% or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale OR Bachelor of Computer Applications with Master’s in Computer Science/Software Technology/Information Technology with 55% or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University (2) Five years’ experience in Software Development/Web Technologies/ Database Management and/or Network Administration in an Educational institute or commercial/service industry of repute 6. University Press Manager: 01post Qualification: A degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale in Printing Technology/Mechanical Engineering with at least five years’ experience in a responsible and supervisory capacity in a large and reputed printing press. Sound knowledge of various types of machines and printing techniques, working of Factory Act, press administration, labour laws and labour relations is desirable. OR A diploma with 55% marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale in Printing Technology/Mechanical Engineering with at least ten years’ experience in a responsible and supervisory capacity in a large and reputed printing press. Sound knowledge of various types of machines and printing techniques, working of Factory Act, press administration, labour laws and labour relations is desirable. 7. Deputy Executive Engineer: 01post Qualifications: B.E. (Civil Engineering) with 55% of marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University with three years’ experience of building construction, planning, supervision, R.C.C. designing, maintenance and repair work of buildings, roads, garden and also of repairs and maintenance of essential services like water supply, drainage etc. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 55% of marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale with six years’ experience of the building construction, planning, supervision, R.C.C. designing, maintenance and repair work of buildings, roads, garden and also of repairs and maintenance of essential services like water supply, drainage etc 8. Additional Assistant Engineer: 01post Qualification: B.E. (Civil Engineering) with 55% of marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University with one year’s experience of the building constructions, planning, supervision, R.C.C. designing, building maintenance and repair work of buildings, roads, gardens’ laying and repairs and maintenance of essential services and electrical installations etc. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 55% of marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale and with three years’ experience of the building constructions, planning, supervision, R.C.C. designing, building maintenance and repair work of buildings, roads, gardens’ laying and repairs and maintenance of essential services and electrical installations, etc Fee: A bank draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of “The Registrar, The M. S. University of Baroda” and payable at Vadodara should be attached with each application. No amount will be accepted through cheque, cash, money order or postal order.
