1. Deputy Secretary: 01post Qualification and Experience:  (a) First class Master’s Degree in Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine/M.B.A.  (b) Experience of scientific/medical Administration in an organization/institution under Central/State Govt. or autonomous organization, for seven years at a responsible level 2. Accounts Officer: 01post Qualification and Experience:  (1) Graduate Degree from a Recognized University.  (2) M.B.A. (Finance) OR SAS passed with 8 years practical experience of having worked in Audit/Accounts Branch of Government/semi Government Organisation in the grade of Accountant.  (3) Working knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations/ Financial Rules and of the functioning of autonomous bodies 3.
