Apprenticeship Training: 260posts For One Year Training: 1. Machinist: 20posts 2. Fitter: 40posts 3. Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance: 20posts 4. Instrument Mechanic: 05posts 5. Electroplater: 05posts 6. Welder: 15posts 7. Painter General: 30posts 8. Mason: 05posts For Two Year Training: 1. Diesel Mechanic: 15posts 2. Foundry man: 05posts 3. Mechanic Radio & Radar (Aircraft):10posts 4. Power Electrician: 10posts 5. Shipwright Wood: 15posts 6. Plumber/Ship Fitter: 10posts 7. Shipwright Wood: 15posts 8. Rigger: 15posts 9. Forger & Heat Treater: 05posts 10. Crane Operator: 05posts Qualifications:  Matric/Std X with a minimum of 50 % marks & ITI Examination in relevant Trade with aggregate of 65% marks Age:  Born between 31 Mar 1992 to 31 Mar 1999. Relaxation of five years in upper age is available for SC/ST candidates. Physical Standards:  Height 150 Cm, Weight 45 Kg, Chest expansion 5cms, Eye sight 6/6 to 6/9, Ears clear of wax, external & internal organs to be normal.  Physical standards for Physically Handicapped persons is as per Apprentices Act 1961 read in conjunction with Para 4 of Apprenticeship Rules 1992 regarding standard of physical fitness Selection Process:  Shortlisted candidates on the basis of qualifications would have to appear for Written Test.  Further shortlisted candidates would be put to Interview and Medical Examination.  How to apply:  The complete application in the prescribe format which can be down lode from the notification and the duly fill in application form along with all relevant documents and oneself addressed stamped (Rs 5/-) envelope of size 22 Cm X 10 Cm. should be forward to the  PO Box No.10035 GPO,  Mumbai-400 001.
