Following Original Documents to be Produced During Admission:
1. Mark sheets of class X & XII 2. Proof of age/ date of birth (10th standard certificate/ birth certificate) 3. Migration certificate 4. Transfer certificate 5. Character certificate 6. Six copies of recent passport size photograph 7. SC/ST/OBC/MBC certificate for candidate with less than 45% marks in PCBE 8. Domicile / PRC certificate (for North East category) 9. Two set of Xerox copies of all the above mentioned documents 10. For PCBSc. in addition to above document a) Marks sheets of GNM b) Registration certificate How to Apply: Demand Draft of Rs. 1,30,700/- (Rs. 71,200/- as tuition, other fees + Rs. 59,500/- for hostel, mess, utility charges) in favour of “Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences” payable at “Gangtok”
