1. Farm Assistant: 01post Qualification:  (i) Pass in 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University with a certificate course or training in Agriculture from a recognized Institute and at least one year’s experience of work at an Agricultural Farm;  or  B.Sc Agriculture 2. Junior Chemist: 02posts Qualification:  Master’s degree in Chemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Oil Technology or Food Technology of a recognized University or equivalent  OR  Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects or Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Chemistry from a recognized University or equivalent and with 2 years experience in analytical work 3. Junior Computor: 01post Qualification:  Senior Secondary School Certificate with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized Board/University or equivalent 4. Technical Officer I: 01post Qualification:  Intermediate with Science in Zoology/Botany/Agriculture or 10+ 2 class pass with Science (with Zoology/Botany/Agriculture) from a recognized University/Board or equivalent 5. Senior Computor: 01post Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Statistics or Mathematics or Physics or Geo-Physics or Geology or Meterology or Hydro-meterology as one of the subjects or equivalent qualification 6. Technical Officer-III (Re-designated as Senior Scientific Assistant III)  Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture) 7. Librarian & Information Assistant: 01post Qualification:  i) Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce of a recognized University.  ii) Diploma in librarianship from a recognized Institution 8. Artist Grade-II: 01post Qualification:  i. Pass in Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.  ii. Diploma of a recognized Art School or College.  iii. Ability to prepare models of Zoological objects (from live, preserved or dissected material) in clay plaster or papur Mache.  iv. Ability to prepare Zoological Models in natural color 9. Senior Library & Information Assistant: 01post Qualification:  (i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent  (ii) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science of a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.  (iii) Professional experience in a Library of Standing (or) Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized Institute 10. Instructor (Marine Engineering): 01post Qualification:  A. i) Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Marine Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.  ii) One year's experience of Diesel Engines  OR  B. i) Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Marine Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.  ii)3 year's practical experience of handling machines in a recognized workshop Fee:  Rs.50/= (Rupees fifty only) in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps which are available in all Post Offices and All Female candidates, SC/ST / PH Candidates & Ex-Servicemen who have not already secured employment under the Central Govt. in civil side after availing the benefit given to them as Ex-Servicemen for their re-employment are Exempted from payment of fee How to Apply:  The applications duly filled in Application Form along with all relevant document should be submitted to the  Southern Regional Office of the Commission  The Regional Director (SR) Staff Selection Commission,  2nd Floor, EVK Sampath Building,  College Road, Chennai - 600 217 Last date: 28.09.2012 For more details Click here
