Last date for application is 06-07-2012. 1. Demonstrator (Dental): 27posts Qualification:  1. A basic university qualification included in the schedule to Dentist Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).  2. MDS from recognized institution 3. Must be registered with Dental Council of India 2. Senior Resident (Dental): 05posts Qualification:  1. A basic university qualification included in the schedule to Dentist Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).  2. MDS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India in the subject concerned.  3. Must be registered with Dental Council of India. Application fee:  The candidates can obtained the application form from the HDFC Bank, Delhi Road, Model Town; Rohtak on cash payment of  Rs.500/- for General Category and  Rs 125/- for Reserve Categories  at the counter or it can be downloaded from the websites uhsr.ac.in or www.pgimsrohtak.nic.in and send the downloaded form by enclosing cross Demand Draft worth Rs 500/- for General Category and Rs. 125/- for Reserve Categories in the name of Controller of Finance, Pt.
