1. English: 03posts Qualification:  Any area of English Studies While UGC norms will apply, preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications 2. Centre for Linguistics and Translation Studies: 01post Qualification:  Semantics & Pragmatics, Psycholinguistics &Sociolinguistics While UGC norms will apply; preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications 3. Centre for Comparative Literature: 04posts Qualification:  Minimum qualification is 55% in MA in Comparative Literature OR in English OR in any Indian Language/Literature OR in Cultural Studies OR in any related discipline. Those with teaching experience and/or M.Phil/PhD degrees in any of the above disciplines would be preferred 4. Centre for the Study of Foreign Languages: 06posts Qualification:  M.A. in the relevant subject or equivalent degree/diploma from a recognized institution 5. Centre for English Language Studies: 05posts Qualification: M.A. in English or Linguistics 6.
