1. Petroleum Engineering: 03posts 2. Mining engineering: 03posts 3. Mineral processing engineering: 02posts 4. Geology: 02posts 5. Physics: 10posts 6. Mathematics:10posts 7. Statistics: 03posts 8. Chemistry: 03posts 9. Humanities and Social Sciences: 07posts 10. Economics: 02posts 1) Lecturer: Qualification:  i) PhD Degree plus Masters and Bachelors Degree with appropriate (GPA = 4.0 for Masters by Coursework and dissertation plus an upper second class undergraduate level degree).  OR  ii) PhD Degree plus Masters by Research plus GPA = 3.8 at Bachelor Degree level.  iii) For unclassified degrees overall average of B grade and above. 2) Senior Lecturer:  Qualification:  i) PhD Degree plus Masters and Bachelors Degree with appropriate GPA’s  ii) Must have at least 6 publications since his/her last promotion.  iii) 50% of the publications i.e. papers, articles must be published in international or referred journals.  iv) In case of the co-authored paper, 50% of those publications, he/she must be the main author 3) Associate Professor: Qualification:  i) PhD Degree plus Masters and Bachelors Degree with appropriate GPA’s  ii) Must have at least 10 points of publications since his/her last promotion.  iii) 80% of the publications i.e. papers, articles must be published in international or referred journals.  iv) 60% of those publications, must be single authored or he/she is the main author in case of the co-authored paper  v) Must have at least 4 papers in refereed international journals 4) Professor: Qualification:  i) PhD Degree plus Masters and Bachelors Degree with appropriate GPA’s  ii) Must have at least 10 publications since his/her last promotion.  iii) 80% of the publications i.e. papers, articles must be published in international or referred journals.  iv) 60% of those publications, must be single authored or he/she is the main author in case of the co-authored paper  v) must have at least 4 papers in refereed international journals How to apply:  Interested candidates, fulfilling educational and other requirements, should submit their applications in the prescribed format that can be downloaded from the website, to the Project Manager (UDOM, Tanzania Faculty Recruitment – 2012) EDCIL (INDIA) LIMITED Important dates:  • Last date for submission of application form is 13.08.2012 • Date of Interview 19th to 22.09.2012  For more details Click here
