1. Deputy Mission Director: 01post
Qualifications and Experience:
i) Master Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Child Development/ Management/ Economics/ Commerce/ Community Resource Management/ Public Administration or equivalent in a related field from a recognized University.
ii) 8-10 years of supervisory experience in the fields of Child Development/ Social Welfare and having worked in project formulation/implementation, monitoring & evaluation, appraisal, management information system, financial & accounts management in Government/Autonomous bodies/PSUs/Private Organizations/NGOs.
iii) Experience in Advocacy, Research & Documentation, Training & Capacity Building, Designing & Production of IEC materials, Information Technology, Media & Mass Communication is desirable.
iv) Proficiency in working on computers (MS-Office) & excellent communication and writing skills (English and Hindi).
v) Should be able to travel extensively
2. Project Implementation Officer: 03posts
Qualifications and Experience:
i) Master Degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Child Development/ Management/ Economics/ Commerce/ Community Resource Management/ Public Administration or equivalent in a related field from a recognized University.
ii) 5-7 years of experience in project formulation/implementation/monitoring & evaluation/ appraisal/ management information system/financial and accounts management in Government/ Autonomous bodies/PSUs/Private Organisation/NGOs.
iii) Experience in policy related matters of Government of India/State Govt. /NGOs and in the field of child rights/child protection/child welfare/child development.
iv) Proficiency in working on computers (MS-Office) & excellent communication and writing skills (English and Hindi).
v) Should be able to travel extensively.
3. Administrative Officer: 01post
Qualifications and Experience:
i) Graduate degree from a recognized University with minimum 5 years of experience in Administrative Matters/Establishment. OR Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Administration or Management with 3 years experience in Administrative Matters/Establishment.
ii) Experience in handling large project with skills in strategic planning, organizing, capacity building, monitoring & evaluation etc. in Government/ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ Private Organisation/ NGOs is desirable.
iii) Proficiency in working on computers (MS-Office) & excellent communication and writing skills (English and Hindi).
Age limit: 50 years & 62 years in the case of a retired Government official.
4. Accounts Officer: 01post
Qualifications and Experience:
i) Post Graduate in Commerce having 5 years experience in Finance Management OR MBA (Finance) having 3 years of experience in Finance Management.
ii) Experience in handling all accounting and financial matters, financial sanctions, release of funds to States/UTs, assistance in audit, preparation of salary and issue of Form-16A, in Government/Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ Private Organisation/ NGOs.
iii) Proficiency in working on computers (MS-Office) & excellent communication and writing skills (English and Hindi).
Age limit: 50 years & 62 years in the case of retired Government official
5. Accountant: 01post
Qualifications and Experience:
i) B.Com from a recognized University/Institution with at least 55% marks. OR
ii) Graduate with CA (Inter)
iii) 2 years experience in day to day accounts work, finalization of accounts and preparation of annual accounts, scrutinizing financial proposals, Settlement of advance for various meetings, preparation of salary and issue of Form-16A, in Government/Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ Private Organisation/ NGOs.
iv) Proficiency in working on computers (MS-Office) & excellent communication and writing skills (English and Hindi).
Age limit: 40years
6. Assistant cum Computer Operator: 02posts
Qualifications and Experience:
i) Graduate from a recognized University.
ii) 2 years experience of processing/putting up of files independently in Government/Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ Private Organisation/ NGOs.
iii) A typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English
iv) Proficiency in working on computers (MS-Office) & excellent communication and writing skills (English and Hindi).
