Applications  are  invited  for  the  following  posts  in  an  ICMR  funded  project  entitled  ­Randomized  placebo- controlled  trial of  administrating oral   and vaginal probiotics  (VSL#3 and Florisia ) in r educ ing the  incidence of  Re current UTI under Dr.Varsha Gupta, Professor, Deptt.Of  Microbiology, Govt.  Medical  College  Hospital,  Chandigarh. 




Eligible  and  interested candidates are requested to  appear, with application letter and relevant documents, in the walk-in interview  scheduled  on  12.04.2012  at  10.00  am  in  the  Department   of  Microbiology  (Kindly 
report in the department office), GMCH-32,  Chandigarh. 


Junior Research fcllow(JRF) : in the  pay scale of Rs 16,000 per month (IRA) , Duration  ; 


Three years or  termination of  project whih ever is earlier,Qualification:   M.Sc. degree holders in Microbiology,  Biotechnology,  Biochemistry  preference  will  be  given  to  those  who  have qualified in CSIRlUGC or  ICMRlPGI  NET.

Laboratory  attendant   (LA.Junior Laboratory Attendant :   10+2  Science  with  vocational course in MLT or DMLT/Matriculation with Science: Salary Rs 11581/per month (fixed).
