Application forms to be filled online and downloaded from the university website: www.ccsuniversity.ac.in 



Print out of the downloaded copy of the filled Application Form in duplicate with all enclosures must reach the office of the Dean Students Welfare (DSW), CCS University, Meerut on or before June 9, 2012 by Registered Post / Speed Post only.
