Indian Law Institute, New Delhi invites applications from the eligible candidates for admission into LL.M, LL.M (Evening), PG Diploma and Online Certificate courses for the Academic Year 2012 – 2013. Interested candidates can refer this post for more details and apply. Last date for application is 08-06-2012. Programs / Eligibility: 1. L.L.M. (2 Year Course) L.L.B. degree with not less than 50% marks recognized by Bar Council of India as eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India. A Law degree from a foreign country with a least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade. The candidates appearing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply. 2. L.L.M. (Evening) – 3 Year Course L.L.B. degree with not less than 50% marks from a recognized university. 3. PG Diploma Courses: Alternative Dispute Resolution Corporate Laws and Management Cyber Law Environmental Law & Management Intellectual Property Rights Laws Labour Law Minimum qualification for admission to the PG Diploma courses except for Labour Law is a graduate degree from a recognized university. 5% weightage will be given to the law graduates for admission to all PG Diploma courses. For Labour Law is a law degree or M.A. in social sciences (IInd Devision) 4. Online Certificate Courses i. IPRs and Information Technology in the Internet Age ii. Cyber Laws Anyone who is pursuing / has pursued diploma or degree after 10 + 2 and has access to computer and Internet can apply for online certificate courses.
