Total No. of Seats: Merit Seats: 30 Management Seats: 30 Eligibility: For admission to MCA program, candidates are required to have obtained any of the following degrees recognized by Calicut University. A Bachelors Degree in any Discipline of 3 year duration with mathematics(this does not include Business Mathematics or Business Statistics] as one of the subjects with at least 50% marks under the regular program recognized by Calicut University.  5 % of relaxation in marks will be allowed in the case of SEBC Candidate and for SC/ST Candidates and persons with physical disabilities pass minimum will be fixed as the eligibility as per Government rules. Candidates who are awaiting for the result and who expect to qualify on or before 31.12.2012 may also apply. Selection for Management Seats: Selection for the management seats is based on the rank obtained in the Kerala Entrance Examination. How to Apply:  Application forms can be collected by post or in person from office on payment of Rs. 400/- as cash or DD drawn in favor of Director, NIELIT Calicut, payable at State Bank of India, Chathamangalam (Branch Code-2207). Application forms can also be downloaded, and such applicants must enclose DD of Rs. 400/- (drawn as mentioned above) for application fee. Filled in Applications must be forwarded to the Coordinator MCA, National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Post NIT Campus, Calicut 673 601, Kerala.
