1. Under Secretary: 04posts Qualification:  Officers of the Central Government: i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department,  ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, or  iii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department 2. Section Officer: 10posts Qualification:  Officers of the Central Government:  i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or  ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or iii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department 3. Assistant: 15posts Qualification:  a) Officers of the Central Government:  i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or  ii) With ten years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs.2400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, or  b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience namely :-  i) Graduation from the recognized university,  ii) Two years experience in the field of Administration or Finance and/or in dealing with Right to Information matters 4. Senior Principal Private Secretary: 05posts Qualification:  Officers of the Central Government:  a) i) Holding analogous posts of Stenographers on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or  ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts of Stenographers in Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.6600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.  b) Possessing a graduation from a recognized university 5. Principal Private Secretary: 07posts Qualification:  a)i) Holding analogous posts of Stenographers on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or  ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts of Stenographers in Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or  iii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post of Stenographers in Pay Band –2 9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and  b) Possessing a graduation from a recognized university. 6. Private Secretary: 10posts Qualification:  Offices of the Central Government:  a)i) Holding analogous posts of Stenographers on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or  ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts of Stenographers in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or  iii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post of Stenographers in Pay Band –2 9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and  b) Possessing a graduation from a recognized university 7.
