Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi invites application from the eligible candidates for admission into Ph.D., Vidyavaridhi, M. Phil, Integrated M. Phil – Ph.D. programs through Research Eligibility Test (RET) to be conducted by the university for the Academic Year 2012 – 2013. Interested candidates can refer this post for more details and apply. Note: 

Certain categories of candidates are eligible for direct admission in Ph.D. under CRET-exempted category.



How to Apply:

Candidates may obtain the information bulletin and application form in person from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, BHU Varanasi by paying Rs. 50/- (in cash) on all working days (between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm).

Submission of the application form made available on the official website of the University:

http://www.bhu.ac.in/

Application fees of Rs.600/- in case of General / OBC / OBC-Minority / PC Category and Rs.250/- in case of SC / ST category.

The duly filled-in application form along with requisite documents should be sent (by Registered post / speed post / courier) or submitted (in-person) at the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh - 221 005.

Important Dates:

Last Date for Submission of Application Forms: 16/07/2012

RET for M. Phil / Ph.D.: 12/08/2012

Test A: From 09:00 am to 10:00 am

Test B: From 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
